On May 27, a group of Polish teenagers explored emotional intelligence through a creative lens. Using dot drawing, each teen illustrated an imaginary creature reflecting their emotional state and unmet needs—transforming complex feelings into stories.
The workshop encouraged openness, self-awareness, and reflection on cultural norms around emotional expression. A key insight: while many voiced a desire “to always be happy,” the space also allowed for difficult emotions to surface—gently and without judgment.
🧠 Art became a powerful tool for emotional literacy, proving that creativity can foster meaningful dialogue, especially among youth.
